Drill pilot holes trough the plates and insert 3 1/2″ galvanized screws into the studs. Generally speaking, you need to create a simple but rigid structure, similar to the frame of a shed. Place the studs equally spaced, every 24″ on center. Check if the corners are right-angled and place the walls into place.

After plumbing the walls with a spirit level and lock the adjacent walls together, by using wood screws. Cover the hole structure with polyethylene film and install vents between the rafters. If you want to automate the process, we recommend you to automate vent openers. Build a simple door out of 2×2 lumber and fit it inside the opening. Use metal hinges to lock the door to the jambs, after checking if the door opens propel.
